Tomáš is the managing director of IQ Structures and joint venture API Optix. Previously he worked as the managing director of Optaglio Group, an international group of companies in the security industry. In the nineties he became a pioneer of synthetic optics created by the electron beam.
Philip Hudson's first involvement in holography came when De La Rue appointed him to manage the acquisition of Amblehurst Ltd. He then transformed it to De La Rue Holographics. Philip was active in the early moves to establish a hologram association and has the distinction of having served twice as Chairman of the IHMA.

Petr is the director of IQS. Formerly he worked as the sales director and later as the general manager of Optaglio s.r.o. and Optaglio Ltd., international companies supplying anti-counterfeiting solutions for tax stamps, documents and goods. In his career he implemented dozens of security projects all over the world. Petr has extensive experience in designing solutions for government institutions and private companies in the struggle against counterfeiting and organized crime. He participated, among others, in security of the NATO summit.
Roman works in IQS as the director of strategic projects. Formerly he worked as the development manager and project manager in an international company Optaglio. He participated in dozens of anti-counterfeiting projects for goods, tax stamps and personal documents and is co-author of a number of patents in the field of relief diffraction structures and their industrial application.
